Project Scheduling Services (All Industries)

GEO ESTIMATING LLC includes only the most experienced project controls professionals in the industry. Our industry knowledge allows us to plan our client’s entire project from day one, to accurately allocate required resources and anticipate risks before they occur. Our consultants utilize the best industry principles of critical path method (CPM) scheduling in order to produce reliable, achievable timelines and help project managers deliver their projects both on time and budget.

Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling is a project management methodology that allows companies to expose all aspects of project scopes, needs, required sequences, and identifies critical and high-risk tasks before the project is constructed and potential problems are exposed too late.

A CPM scheduling network analysis takes into account all necessary tasks, estimated durations, required resources (manpower and equipment), and precedence relationships needed to accomplish complete task scopes. The network calculation then determines driving critical path(s) resulting in task early and late dates, total floats, and estimated milestone and/or project completion.

The CPM is then stated with actual field information and fully updated by adding corrective modifications at regular project increments.
